    • A Master's degree in any branch of Science/Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Applications or equivalent after completing a Bachelor's degree.
    • A post-B.Sc. Integrated Master's degree program in Engineering/Technology (4-year program) from a recognized university or institution.
    • A post-B.Sc. Integrated Master's degree program in Engineering/Technology (5-year program) from a recognized university or institution.
  4. Required Percentage: Candidates must have obtained a minimum qualifying percentage in their qualifying degree. The specific percentage criteria may vary from one institute to another and will be mentioned in the respective institute's admission criteria.
  5. Final Year Students: Candidates who are in their final year of the qualifying degree can also apply for GATE ME 2023, provided they meet all other eligibility criteria. Such candidates must submit a certificate from the Head of the Department/Institute, stating that they are currently in the final year and are expected to complete all requirements by a specified date.
